Talk and quiz
This summer, Marcel will welcome over 200 national and international guests. Big names, small names, well-known and unknown people: anyone hitting the day’s headlines, or with an amazing story to tell may find themselves checking into Hotel M.
But Hotel M is More than a talk show. Every night the two Main guests will compete head to head in a quiz about the (global) events of the day, and also about each other. The winner of the day gets the chance to answer the M-question, which finally determines who takes home the much-desired M-trophy.
The Selfies
Every day, Millions of people worldwide throw a selfie online and share one Moment from their lives with the rest of the world. The selfie is a phenomenon on its own. This summer, Hotel M will turn it into an even bigger phenomenon, with the help of The Selfies: five Flemish female celebrities who – in turn – share with us a few moments in their lives.
Live Music
As in previous years, we finish each episode with a live top Musical performance in the square or on the beach. In Hotel M’s first week, we welcome Hooverphonic, Michael Lanzo ,The Sore Losers and Gers Pardoel.
The Hotel M-photo booth
Every night, the show itself can be followed on the square or at the beach on a large screen, and occasionally, there will be live acts outside the main area as well. The audience will also get the chance to commemorate their visit to Hotel M by taking a selfie at the Hotel M photo booth. Their selfie will immediately appear on the Facebook page of Hotel M, and each day, one selfie will be rewarded with an exclusive Hotel M beach towel.
